Stressed out – what now?

Having a bad attitude and negative thoughts can lead to negative stress. Realising nagativity in certain situations and comparing it to the reality, can be helpful to realise if the situation is as problematic as one thinks.
Stress-inducing situations should be overthought and the behaviour adapted. There are a lot of methods and causes to become more stressless (i.e. time managment, movement, enough sleep, regular short pauses, celebrate success,…).
If you have the feeling your stress has so much power over you, so that you can no longer „fix“ the situation on your own, we can work on your dealing with stress as much as working through different kinds of challenges in your life together. We will find new strategies and the focus on positive things.
